Does the shop offer mobile auto glass service?

Regal Glass Services provides mobile auto glass replacement in Suffolk and surrounding areas. This service is not available for all makes and models. Please contact our team for more details.

Is windshield camera recalibration necessary?

Yes. The camera is part of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and to ensure correct and accurate function a recalibration is necessary whenever a windshield is replaced.

After windshield replacement, can I drive my vehicle?

Your vehicle will be safe to drive after the minimum drive-away time (MDAT) has been achieved. We use a urethane product that in most conditions requires at least 30 minutes to meet this important requirement.

Can you replace the windshield in a Tesla?

YES! We offer windshield replacements for all Tesla models. You do not have to travel to a Tesla service center. Regal Glass Services can take care of your Tesla in Suffolk.

How do I know if I need my windshield repaired or replaced?

If the damage to your windshield is smaller than a quarter, it's likely that it can be repaired. However, if the damage is larger than that a replacement may be necessary.
